Who we serve

WE'VE WORKED
YOUR SIDE.

Ag and construction lines. Shortline and major line. Single store or twenty. Marketing built by people who know what a Monday at a dealership looks like.

Nobody has to explain the business to us

Most agencies pitching a dealership start by asking what a shortline is. We start knowing that your used inventory is the real problem, that the OEM program calendar drives half your plan whether you like it or not, and that parts and service pay the bills while whole goods get the attention.

One of our people spent nearly three decades inside a large multi-location dealership, building its marketing department from nothing and answering for the numbers across every store. That is not a credential we put on a slide. It is why the first meeting is about your problem instead of our vocabulary.

Construction counts too

The mechanics are the same. OEM programs, co-op accrual, territory, floor plan, and a buyer who makes a capital decision on a schedule you do not control. If you carry construction lines alongside ag, or only construction, the work translates directly.

What dealers usually need

It varies by store, but the list is shorter than most dealers expect.

  • Seasonal campaigns timed to buying windows rather than fiscal quarters
  • Digital advertising that reaches beyond the local trade area
  • Co-op planning so the manufacturer money gets used before it expires
  • Consistency across locations, so every store does not build its own brand
  • Inventory promotion for units that have been on the lot too long
  • Lead tracking, so somebody can say where the phone calls came from

Where the phone calls came from

One multi-generational dealer had never run a digital ad. No call tracking, no lead record, no way to say what was working. We built product-specific paid search around the equipment, the season, and the states they serve, then added call tracking so every lead had a source.

Fourteen weeks produced 162 phone calls with 94.4% answered. About one in five came from out of state, spanning ten states. A Roodata audience of 1,000-plus-acre operations converted at 19.8%, nearly three times the account average. That is one pilot, not a forecast. It is also the first time that dealership could see where its leads came from.

Co-op is the fastest money on the table

Most dealers we talk to have accrued funds they are not fully using, and could not name the claim deadline without checking. Co-op does not roll forward. It expires.

Planning campaigns against eligibility from the start is the difference between a claim that is paperwork and a claim that is an argument.

Services that fit

A few good
questions.

We only have one store. Are we too small?

No. Single-store dealers are a large part of who Roadrunner was built for, particularly those carrying shortline brands with less manufacturer marketing support behind them.

Can you work within our manufacturer's brand standards?

Yes. Building to OEM brand and placement requirements is routine, and it is what makes the work co-op eligible.

Do you handle our website too?

Yes, from audits and content through to rebuilds and consolidation. Several of our dealer engagements start with the site because that is where the leads land.

some units?

Tell us the lines you carry and the season you are planning for.
