KNOW BEFORE
YOU SPEND.
Marketing audits, competitive reviews, and discovery that ends in a plan you can act on. Not a deck that describes your problem back to you.
Most audits describe. Ours decide.
It is easy to produce a document that lists everything wrong with a marketing program. It is harder to say which three things to fix first, what each one costs, and what happens if you skip the rest.
Every audit we deliver ends in a ranked list with owners and effort attached. If it does not change what you do next week, it was not worth what you paid for it.
What we look at
Scope depends on the question. A dealer asking whether their ad spend is working needs a different audit than an association trying to understand what it owns.
- Channel performance, spend allocation, and what each dollar is actually returning
- Website structure, content, technical health, and search visibility
- Competitive positioning and what your competitors are doing that you are not
- Digital footprint inventory, for organizations with more properties than they can name
- Brand consistency across channels, locations, and vendors
- Data, tracking, and attribution setup, including what is broken
Fourteen sites, one plan
One national trade association had accumulated web properties across multiple platforms over years. Overlapping content, fragmented hosting, and no single person who could say what existed.
We ran stakeholder discovery, inventoried 14 properties, and categorized each one to keep, consolidate, or sunset, with goals and a decision-maker attached to every entry. Five sites moved to a shared managed hosting environment in phase one, and the rest got a site-by-site roadmap. That engagement is still in progress. What it produced immediately was a document their team could make decisions from.
An honest answer, including no
Sometimes the audit says the program is fine and the budget is the constraint. Sometimes it says the website is not the problem, the offer is. Sometimes it says you do not need an agency for the next six months.
We would rather tell you that and earn the next engagement than sell you a retainer you did not need.
Who this fits
Anyone about to commit real money and unsure it will land. Organizations that have grown by accumulation and lost track of what they own. New marketing leaders who need an honest baseline before they put their name on a plan.
It fits less well if the decision is already made and you want a document that supports it. We will give you what we find.
How we price it
We scope the deliverables and quote before the work starts. You know what the engagement includes and what it costs before anyone begins, and the number does not move unless the scope does.
No hourly surprises, no minimum retainer to get in the door, and no annual commitment required to have the first conversation. If a project turns out to be smaller than we thought, we say so.

A few good
questions.
How long does an audit take?
Most run two to four weeks depending on scope and how quickly we can get access to accounts and stakeholders.
What do we actually receive?
A written findings document, a prioritized action list with effort and impact, and a working session to walk through it. Not a slide deck we read to you.
Do we have to hire you for the work afterward?
No. The audit is a standalone engagement. If you want to run the recommendations with your own team or another vendor, the document is built to be handed off.
Not sure what's
working?
