USE THE MONEY
YOU EARNED.
Manufacturer co-op dollars expire on a calendar. We help dealers understand the programs, plan eligible work, and get claims through the first time.
Accrual does not roll forward
Co-op funds are earned, and then they are used or they are gone. Most programs run on a calendar with claim windows, pre-approval requirements, and documentation rules that differ by manufacturer and change without much fanfare.
The money is already yours. Leaving it unclaimed is the same as declining a discount you have already qualified for.
Why it goes unused
Rarely because dealers do not want it. Usually because the rules are specific, the paperwork is tedious, and the person who understands the program is also running the parts counter.
Common failure points we see: creative that misses a logo placement or clear-space requirement, a media plan built before checking eligibility, a claim submitted without the tear sheet or invoice detail the program wants, or a window that closed while somebody meant to get to it.
What we handle
We are not your manufacturer representative and we do not approve your claims. What we do is make the work claimable before it runs, and make the paperwork straightforward after.
- Review your program requirements and the funds available
- Plan campaigns against eligibility so the work qualifies from the start
- Build creative to the program's brand and placement rules
- Support pre-approval submissions where the program requires them
- Assemble claim documentation: tear sheets, invoices, proof of performance
- Track deadlines against the claim calendar so nothing expires quietly
Planned, not retrofitted
The expensive version of co-op is running a campaign and then trying to make it eligible afterward. That is where the rejections come from.
Built the other way around, eligibility is a constraint like any other. It shapes the creative and the media plan from the first conversation, and the claim becomes paperwork rather than a negotiation.
Who this fits
Single-store and multi-location equipment dealers carrying ag or construction lines, shortline or major line. Dealers who know they have accrued funds and could not tell you the balance or the deadline.
It fits less well if you have a marketing coordinator who already handles claims and knows the programs cold. In that case you need campaign work, not this.
How we price it
We scope the deliverables and quote before the work starts. You know what the engagement includes and what it costs before anyone begins, and the number does not move unless the scope does.
No hourly surprises, no minimum retainer to get in the door, and no annual commitment required to have the first conversation. If a project turns out to be smaller than we thought, we say so.

A few good
questions.
Do you work with every manufacturer program?
We work with the programs our dealer clients carry, across ag and construction lines. Requirements differ by manufacturer, so we start by reviewing your specific program documentation.
Can you guarantee our claims get approved?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Approval is the manufacturer's decision. What we can do is build the work to the requirements and document it properly, which is what most rejections come down to.
Is this a separate fee?
Usually it is folded into campaign work rather than billed separately. A standalone program review can be scoped on its own if you want to start there.
