BRING PEOPLE
TOGETHER.

Registration campaigns, event identity, sponsor recognition, and on-site support. We handle the details nobody wants to own.

The number in the room is the number that matters

Every other event metric is a proxy. Registration is the one your board, your sponsors, and your budget all care about, and it is the one that gets uncomfortable when the date gets close.

We came into one international congress with about three months left. Registration stood at 700 against a target above 2,000, and the association was four people short including its communications role. Registration finished at 1,928, roughly 2.75 times where it started. That growth reflects the whole event period and is not attributed to marketing alone, and it still landed under the original target. But the room was full.

What we handle

The promotional program and the production work behind it, through to someone standing at the venue when a sign is in the wrong place.

  • Registration campaigns across email, social, digital advertising, and webinars
  • Weekly registration tracking with a plan that adjusts to the pace
  • Event identity, applied consistently across every touchpoint
  • Signage, wayfinding, print collateral, and program materials
  • Sponsor recognition packages and fulfillment
  • On-site support during setup, show days, and teardown

Sponsors notice the details

Sponsor recognition is the quiet part of event marketing that determines whether anyone renews. Logos at the right tier, in the right places, spelled correctly, at the right size. On that same congress we produced 46 sponsor recognition boards alongside two event identities and 290 total deliverables over five months.

It is unglamorous work. It is also the reason sponsors come back.

We show up

Plenty of agencies will build your event campaign and then wish you luck. We staff the event. On that congress we provided nine days of on-site support across seven event days.

If you have a lean team, that is often the whole reason to hire out. The campaign is manageable. It is the week of the event that breaks people.

Who this fits

Associations and commodity groups running annual meetings, congresses, and member events. Dealers running customer appreciation days, open houses, and clinics. Brands with a trade show presence that has gone stale.

It fits less well if you need full event logistics: venue contracts, catering, room blocks, and travel. We handle the marketing, the production, and on-site support for those. Bring a planner for the rest, and we will work alongside them.

How we price it

We scope the deliverables and quote before the work starts. You know what the engagement includes and what it costs before anyone begins, and the number does not move unless the scope does.

No hourly surprises, no minimum retainer to get in the door, and no annual commitment required to have the first conversation. If a project turns out to be smaller than we thought, we say so.

A few good
questions.

Do you travel to events?

Yes. On-site support is a normal part of these engagements, and we scope travel into the proposal so there are no surprises.

Can you take over an event that is already in motion?

Yes. Several of these engagements start partway through, sometimes uncomfortably close to the date. We will tell you honestly what is achievable in the time left.

Do you handle registration platforms?

We work with the platform you already use and support the campaign driving traffic to it. Platform selection and build can be scoped separately.
