ADD CAPACITY.
NOT HEADCOUNT.
Ongoing marketing support for teams that need more than a freelancer and less than a department. You get the function without the hire.
The gap most ag businesses fall into
One marketing person is not enough, and three is more than the budget allows. So the work gets split across people whose real jobs are something else. The sales manager writes the email. The owner approves the ad. Nobody owns the calendar, and everything happens two weeks later than it should.
Fractional support fills that gap without a salary line. You get planning, execution, and someone whose actual job is your marketing.
How it works
We agree on a monthly scope and a rhythm. You get a named point of contact who knows your business, your season, and your sales cycle, and does not need to be re-briefed every quarter.
- An annual plan, revisited quarterly, that ties to your selling seasons
- A content and campaign calendar somebody actually maintains
- Execution across the channels in the plan
- Monthly reporting in plain English
- A standing call, so decisions do not wait for a crisis
- Access to the whole team when a project needs a skill beyond the retainer
Not a retainer for the sake of a retainer
We do not sell hours you are unlikely to use. Scope is written around deliverables, and if the volume drops we say so rather than filling the month with busywork.
If a quarter needs less, we adjust. If a quarter needs more, we scope the overage before we do the work, not after.
What you keep
Everything. Accounts stay in your name where possible. Files, assets, and documentation are yours and organized so they are usable by whoever comes next.
If you eventually hire in-house, we would rather hand off a clean operation than hold the keys as leverage.
Who this fits
Businesses with one overloaded marketing person, or none. Owners still approving every ad themselves. Teams that keep hiring freelancers and managing them badly because nobody has time to manage them well.
It fits less well if you already have a functioning marketing department and need specialist depth in one discipline. That is project work, and we would scope it that way.
How we price it
We scope the deliverables and quote before the work starts. You know what the engagement includes and what it costs before anyone begins, and the number does not move unless the scope does.
No hourly surprises, no minimum retainer to get in the door, and no annual commitment required to have the first conversation. If a project turns out to be smaller than we thought, we say so.

A few good
questions.
What is the minimum commitment?
We typically start with a three-month term so there is time to build a plan and run it. After that it is month to month.
Can we start with a project and move to ongoing support?
Yes, and that is often the better order. A defined project tells both of us whether the working relationship fits.
Who do we actually talk to?
One client lead who knows your business, with direct access to the people producing the work. There is no account layer in between.
More work
than people?
Tell us what is falling through. We will scope the help.
