Our team

GOOD PEOPLE.
IN YOUR CORNER.

Small enough that you talk to the people doing the work. Deep enough to cover every discipline the job needs. One point of contact, kickoff through delivery.

Josh Turney

Josh Turney

Founder

Josh founded Roadrunner in fall 2025 to reach the businesses a full-service agency was never built to serve. He built one of those agencies first, founding Rooster Strategy in 2017. His words for what he wanted: scrappy, staffed with experienced, confident marketers. That is still the hiring bar.

He spends his time on the questions that come before the marketing. Where the category is headed. Where a brand can win. What the work has to accomplish before anyone opens a design file. Ag issues, production, policy, and sustainability are his home ground.

Leads: Brand strategy, market positioning, category and policy insight, new business

Karen Pfautsch

Karen Pfautsch

General Manager

Karen turns client goals into plans people can actually run. She has spent her career in ag marketing communications, sitting between what a client needs and what a team can deliver, and she keeps both sides honest about scope, budget, and timing.

At Roadrunner she owns the plan and the promise behind it. If we quoted it, she makes sure it ships.

Leads: Client strategy, program planning, scoping and budgets, account leadership

Quint Campbell

Quint Campbell

Marketing Director

Quint Campbell built one of the Midwest's most recognized dealership marketing departments from the ground up. Nearly 30 years inside the business, running campaigns, digital, creative, video, and events across a large multi-location dealership. He hired the team, trained the team, and answered for the numbers. From launching dealer-first campaigns to expanding co-op into digital, Quint knows how to turn marketing from a cost center into a growth driver.

Now he's bringing the same sales-driving approach to Roadrunner, helping businesses accelerate growth through marketing, not get held back by it.

Leads: Dealer marketing, co-op strategy and compliance, paid media and campaign strategy, marketing audits, team and department building

Jennifer Coleman

Jennifer Coleman

Marketing & Communications Director

Jennifer grew up on a small farm in western Kentucky and has spent her career telling ag stories to the people who live them. She led the Ohio Soybean Council's communications through water quality, GMO, and farm policy fights. She built the communications function at Aimpoint Research and helped develop its Farmer of the Future platform. Most recently she was Director of Communications at The Directions Group, where she merged three organizational identities into one brand and launched the company's first content marketing program.

At Roadrunner she owns the words. Brand messaging, content strategy, and communications for associations and brands that need to stay visible without a staff of ten. She is also a facilitator, a public speaking coach, and a keynote speaker who presents ag and consumer trends at conferences across the country.

Leads: Content strategy, brand messaging and copy, PR and media relations, scenario planning and market intelligence, facilitation and speaking

Trevor Revesz

Trevor Revesz

Marketing Supervisor

Trevor came to Roadrunner from the dealer side, where he ran day-to-day marketing for a large multi-location equipment dealer. Creative, print campaigns, paid advertising, social, customer events, and co-op. Before that he led marketing and communications at a startup agency, managing deliverables across more than 20 client accounts.

He calls himself a jack-of-all-trades marketer. In practice that means he can build a campaign, design it, ship it, and tell you what it returned.

Leads: Creative production and design, paid and print campaigns, social media, co-op execution, marketing analytics and reporting

Blair Bruns

Blair Bruns

Business Development Manager

Blair grew up around agriculture and has spent his career managing accounts for brands that sell into it. He brings a wider view than most, and he asks better questions than most, which is why the first conversation with Roadrunner tends to go somewhere useful.

He handles the front end. What the problem actually is, what it takes to fix it, and what it costs before anyone commits.

Leads: New business, dealer and brand prospecting, discovery conversations, partnership development

Amy Miles

Amy Miles

Account Director

Amy runs the work day to day. Timelines, contributors, approvals, and the hundred small handoffs that decide whether a campaign lands on schedule or three weeks late.

She is the one point of contact clients keep from kickoff through delivery. No handoffs to a junior team. No chasing status.

Leads: Account management, project delivery, campaign coordination, client communication
